Requirements to participate
Award staff will support you in every step

• Be a licensed Young Lady (ham radio)
• Have read and fully understood the rules: read the rules
• Have a stable internet connection from your radio station
• Have a personal computer with an internet-connected browser
• Use only the hamaward.cloud platform to log QSOs in real time
• Guarantee at least 100 QSOs during the YL-WWA week
• Register using the form below to participate
• Provide your phone number to be added to the YL-WWA WhatsApp group

How to enter QSOs in real time

The YL-WWA award uses the hamaward.cloud platform to collect all QSOs from all YL activators.
It is therefore essential that all activators use the platform IN REAL TIME to enter QSOs while they are operating.
For this reason, a stable internet connection is required during radio activity.
There are two ways to enter QSOs in real time:

• Use the online log to enter QSOs directly into the platform
• Use your own station log and connect to the platform through the Hamconnect software

How to use the hamaward.cloud platform

• A YL activator must register on hamaward.cloud
• Enter the Young Ladies World Wide Award Log
• Choose whether to use the online logger or the UDP connection from your PC to log QSOs in real time
• Click Go-OnAir and start operating on the radio
• Select the band and mode you want to operate
• Log QSOs on the platform in real time
• End transmissions and click Go-OffAir
• Repeat this procedure every time you decide to operate
