Shipping Destinations
We currently ship from Italy to a selection of international destinations.
Shipping Schedule
Our logistics system operates on a
biannual shipping cycle, with
two scheduled shipping windows per year.
This means that the time between your order and the actual delivery depends on the date of the next scheduled shipment.
Orders are grouped and dispatched during these two periods only.
Orders placed by July 20, 2025 will be shipped from Italy starting November 15, 2025.
Orders placed between July 21, 2025 and November 15, 2025 will be shipped starting December 15, 2025.
Carriers and Delivery
Shipments are handled by
reliable international couriers.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an
email notification with tracking details to follow your shipment.
Please note that
no insurance is provided on shipments. Any damage, theft, or loss occurring after the package is handed over to the courier is beyond our responsibility.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Any
customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These charges are
not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the customs authorities, following their procedures.
We recommend checking local import regulations before placing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing
accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address results in the package being returned to us, any
additional shipping costs for resending the item will be charged to the customer.
Limitations and Liability
- We are
not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control (force majeure).
- Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we are
not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
- Customers are responsible for
tracking their shipment and reporting any issues in a timely manner.
- Any
claims or complaints related to shipping must be submitted within
7 days of receiving the order.
