Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Any payment method supported by Stripe in the customer's country is accepted. We do not accept payments outside the Stripe platform.

Order Confirmation
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. An automatic email with order details will be sent. No manual payment processing is allowed.

No Refund Policy
All payments are final. Once payment is completed, no refunds are issued under any circumstance. Products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Order Modification
Paid orders cannot be changed or updated. To add items, a new order must be placed.

Payment Coverage
The total payment includes the cost of selected products and shipping fees.

Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious transaction. IP addresses and order details are recorded for verification and fraud prevention purposes.

Chargeback Policy
All chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence including order records, shipping confirmations, and the acceptance of this policy during checkout.

Currency and Taxes
All payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, duties, or bank fees.
Payments will be made to DEX Italia S.a.s., the company delegated for economic and fiscal management.
