Cluster Hunters Activators Statistics Rules

1. Purpose: To promote awareness of the 14th century fresco cycles of Padua, the Scrovegni Chapel and 7 other sites, which have been proposed for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The event is conceived and organized by the ARI Padova, and it is open to all OM/YL, aiming to involve as many countries as possible in a single event.
    
Participants: The Award is open to all OM worldwide.

2. Start/End Dates of the Award: From 00:00 UTC on March 18, 2024, to 23:59 UTC on March 29, 2024.

During the Award the special call II3PUP. Will be activated.

The entire management of the award, both for activators and hunters, is handled in real-time by the platform https://hamaward.cloud/.

3. YL/OM QSO: The award is issued following contacts with radio operators authorized by ARI Padova. who will make calls: "CQ Award Padova Urbs Picta", during the period indicated in point 2 of this regulation.
Bidirectional QSOs with exchange of reports (R/S in SSB, R/S/T for CW and RTTY, R/S for FT8/FT4) are valid.

4. Bands: HF: 80 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 17 - 15 - 12 - 10

5. Mode: CW, SSB, DIGI (FT8, FT4, RTTY). Activators are allowed to change BAND and MODE at any time (no constraints).

6. Scores / QSO:

Score for hunters:
•    POINTS 1 for QSO with Activators in FT8 and FT4.
•    POINTS 2 for QSO with Activators in SSB.
•    POINTS 3 for QSO with Activators in CW and RTTY.

Score for Activators only:
•    POINTS 1 for each QSO made by an activator with hunters regardless of mode.

7. QSO Accreditation: Each Activating Station may be connected only once per day on each individual band and mode, throughout the duration of the award. Any connection made between two stations on the same day, on the same band, and in the same emission mode will be considered "DUPLICATE" and eliminated from the HamAward platform algorithm.
HUNTERS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO REQUEST A QSY FOR MODE AND/OR BAND.

8. Award release and QSL: To obtain the Award “Padova Urbs Picta”, a minimum of 20 points is required, within the times and by the methods indicated in these rules. The award issuance is free, and the submission of logs and QSL cards is not required. All QSOs will be uploaded in real-time to the HamAward platform by logged activators. The score achieved by each participant will be automatically published online in real-time on the platform https://hamaward.cloud/ , and anyone can download their own award in high-resolution A4 digital format from the platform at the end of the event, without registration.
The top three participants will receive the printed Award “Padova Urbs Picta” award on cardboard, for which it will be essential to be able to contact them via email or through QRZ for prize shipment. The eQSLs for each individual connection, on the other hand, can be downloaded from the platform https://hamaward.cloud/ at any time during and after the event.
