The A.R.M.I. diploma called "ITALIAN NAVY COASTAL RADIO STATIONS" was designed to commemorate the Coastal Stations of the Italian Navy. The Diploma is achievable by all OMs and SWLs in the world. For 2022, the Jolly station is the coastal station of MESSINA (dedicated to the late IT9DTU Nunzio R.M. D'Arrigo (sk), operator of the special name for many years)
