Cluster Hunters Activators Statistics Rules

1. Purpose
Promote friendship among amateur radio operators worldwide, celebrate Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, and increase on-air activity by involving as many stations and countries as possible in a single event.

2. Award Start / End Dates
From 00:00 UTC on May 15, 2026
To 23:59 UTC on May 25, 2026

3. QSO Requirements
The Award is issued for QSOs made with Special Event Stations during the event period.
• Only 2-way QSOs are valid
• Exchange:
o SSB: R/S
o CW: R/S/T
o DIGI: R/S

4. Bands
• HF: 80 / 40 / 30 / 20 / 17 / 15 / 12 / 10 meters
• VHF/UHF (optional for local participation)

5. Modes
• CW
• SSB
• DIGI (FT8, FT4, RTTY, PSK)
• FM (VHF/UHF)

6. Scores / QSOs
To obtain the 19 May Award, a minimum of 100 points is required.
Scoring System:
CW: 10 points for each CW QSO on each band
SSB: 5 points for each SSB QSO on each band
DIGI:
• FT8 / FT4: 2 points
• RTTY / PSK: 5 points
FM (VHF/UHF): 3 points per QSO

7. QSO Accreditation
• Each Special Event Station can be worked:
o Once per day per band per mode
• Duplicate QSOs are not penalized but not counted
It is strictly forbidden to request QSY for scoring advantage.

8. Awards
Awards will be issued for stations working Special Event Stations during the event period.
Categories:
MIXED MODE – All bands – Mixed modes
SSB MODE – All bands – SSB only
CW MODE – All bands – CW only
DIGI MODE – All bands – Digital modes

9. Overall Score Listings
Ranking is based on:
• Highest total score
• Highest number of QSOs
• Number of Special Event Stations worked
• Number of bands
• Number of modes

10. Award Release and QSL
• Minimum 100 points required
• Awards are:
o Free of charge
o Digital format (A4 high resolution)
• No paper QSL required
• No log submission required
• Download via event platform (website / QRZ / Hamaward-style system)

11. Special Prizes
Hunters
Top 3 stations in:
• Mixed Mode
• SSB
• CW
• DIGI

Activators
Single Operator:
• Top 3 Mixed Mode
• Top 3 highest QSO count per mode
Multi Operator / Teams:
• Top 3 Mixed Mode
Prizes:
• Plaques / trophies (optional by organizer)

12. Country Award
A ranking list by country (Hunters, Mixed Mode) will be generated.
• Award for top scorer in each country
• Free digital certificate
