The A.R.I. Vigevano Section was founded on May 27, 1956. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of its establishment, it announces the:

1956–2026

RULES

PARTICIPATION

All Amateur Radio stations and SWLs are eligible to participate in the award.

PERIOD OF OPERATION

From 06:00 UTC on Friday, May 1, 2026
to 22:00 UTC on Sunday, May 31, 2026

BANDS

All amateur radio bands:
MF (160 m), HF, VHF, UHF (70 cm and 23 cm), satellite, and QO-100.

MODES

CW – SSB – RTTY – FT8 – FT4 – PSK

REPORTS

Amateur radio stations will exchange reports according to the emission mode used.

During the award period, the following special stations will be active:
IQ2VJ – IR2ARIV – II2LXXA

SCORING

Each contact with stations IQ2VJ – IR2ARIV – II2LXXA will be scored as follows:

2 points for each QSO in FT8/FT4
4 points for each QSO in RTTY / PSK
7 points for each QSO in SSB
10 points for each QSO in CW

AWARD REQUIREMENTS

To obtain the basic award, Amateur Radio operators and SWLs must score a minimum of 70 points.

SPECIAL ENDORSEMENTS

In addition to the basic award (issued to all OM/SWL stations reaching 70 points), the following endorsements will be added:

Bronze: at least 140 points
Silver: at least 210 points
Gold: at least 280 points

TOTAL SCORE

The total score is calculated by summing all points obtained from QSOs/HRDs with stations IQ2VJ, IR2ARIV, and II2LXXA.

Stations may be contacted on different days using the same mode and band.
The same station may also be contacted multiple times on the same day, provided the QSOs are on different modes or bands.

RANKING

For amateur radio operators, the online ranking will be available on HamAward.cloud.

At the end of the event, participants will be able to download a digital certificate showing their final ranking position. Scores and rankings will be updated automatically on the platform.

Categories: CW – SSB – DIG – MIX

ELECTRONIC QSL

During and after the event, participants will be able to download eQSLs for each QSO via the HamAward.cloud platform.

AWARD

At the end of the event, participating amateur radio operators will be able to download the award certificate via HamAward.cloud.

LOGS AND SCORING

Amateur radio operators are not required to submit any log.

SWL

SWL logs will be managed by the A.R.I. Vigevano Section.

Logs must be sent to: sezione@arivigevano.it in ADIF or XLS format.

Each log must include:

List of monitored QSOs (HRD)
Total score
Applicant's personal data (Name, Surname, Callsign)
Callsign of the station in QSO with the special station

The award will be issued only in digital format via email.
