Participation:
Open to all Italian and foreign OM and SWL.

Period:
from 00:01 UTC on 21 February 2026 to 23:59 UTC on 28 February 2026.
The last valid call will be at 23:59 UTC on 28 February 2026

Bands:
10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 40 m and 80 m in the segments recommended by the IARU - Region 1

Modes:
SSB, CW, RTTY, PSK, FT8, FT4.

Stations: the following stations will be active:
Special Stations IQ6CC, IQ6CC/(reference zone);
Local group stations COTA: IQ2DT
Special Callsign ARFI II0GDF, II0GDF/(reference zone);
ARFI National Callsign IQ0JV, IQ0JV/(reference zone);
ARFI Section Callsigns IQ0TK and IQ7ET
Amateur Radio Stations of members regularly registered with the Associazione Radioamatori Carabinieri and the Associazione Radioamatori Finanzieri Italiani A.R.F.I. (complete list on the official sites)

QSO Points:
- Contacts with the Special Stations are worth 10 points in SSB, 5 points in CW, 3 points in digital;
- Contacts with Local group stations/National callsign/ARFI section stations are worth 5 pts SSB, 3 pts CW, 2 pts digital;
- Contacts with MEMBER activator stations are worth 3 points in SSB, 2 points in CW and 1 in digital;

Each station may be worked only once per day per band and emission mode; multiple contacts are possible with the special station from different regions of Italy (e.g. 20 May 2025 contact on 40 meters with IQ6CC/7.....IQ6CC/2....II0GDF/3---II0GDF/5...etc.)

Reports:
- All stations will give RST without serial number, providing for the insertion of the call on the platform;
Call: in SSB, "CQ C.O.T.A/ARFI", in CW and in Digital "CQ COTA/ARFI" regardless of the calling station.

Award Points:
to obtain the award, which can be downloaded directly from the "HAMWARD" platform at the end of the activity, it is necessary to have achieved the following score:

- "Bronze" Award: 200 points;
- "Silver" Award: 400 points;
- "Gold" Award: 600 points

Participation in the event constitutes for all participants explicit willingness to accept the rules and a simultaneous diligent commitment to ensure the proper conduct of the event. Should abuses and/or irregularities emerge, they must be immediately reported to the Award Managers Gianluca IW7EBB for the C.O.T.A. and/or IZ7PMQ Loreto for the A.R.F.I., who may, without appeal, take all appropriate decisions to ensure the regular conduct of the event.
