65th anniversary Radio-club YU7AEC

Dear HAM radio operators, welcome to our special event award program. We are pleased to inform you that this program is about anniversary of a first founded radio-club in Odžaci, Serbia (former Yugoslavia).

Back in 1961, in a small town of Odžaci, radio-club „Ivo Lola Ribar“ (named by a partisan hero in WWII) was founded with callsign YU1AEC. Later, callsign was changed to YU7AEC. In early 2000. radio-club had to be temporarly closed because of loosing premises. In 2021. group of enthusiastic ham radio operators gathered and restarted a club, giving a fresh name „Neutrino“. Now, club have more than 25 members, new premises and tendention of growth every year.
In 2026, we are celebrating anniversary of 65 years since founding of a first club with a special event allsign YU65AEC. Up to fifteen operators will be activating this callsign. Also, there will be a POTA activities. Therefore, we have organized a small award program with the following rules:

1. YU65AEC will operate at all HF, 6m and 4m amateur bands

2. Modes will be CW, SSB and DATA (all other modes)

3. Each QSO brings one point

4. During the same month, it is possible to work only once the same band/mode combination.

5. QSOs counters are reset monthly so it is possible to work station more than once on the same band and mode, and they will be cumulative during the whole year

6. Complete score is calculated at the end of 2026. when award will be issued

7. Awards will be issued following the next rules:

5 points - BRONZE
8 points - SILVER
10 points - GOLD
15 points - DIAMOND
25 points - PLATINUM
