OBJECTIVE
The award is dedicated to commemorating the 130th birth anniversary of Steponas Darius (real name Steponas Jucevičius–Darašius, born January 9, 1896, in Rubiškė, now Dariaus village, Klaipėda district – died July 17, 1933, near Kuhdamm, Germany – now Pszczelnik, Poland).

He was a legendary Lithuanian pilot who, together with Stasys Girėnas, in 1933 made one of the first transatlantic flights in the world with their aircraft “Lituanica”.

SCORING
- FT8, FT4, RTTY, PSK: 4 points per modulation
- CW: 5 points
- PHONE: 6 points

AWARD LEVELS
- Platinum - 100 points
- Gold - 70 points
- Silver - 50 points
- Bronze - 30 points
- For non-European stations, the required points are halved.
Additional Rules
- Each modulation type (FT8, FT4, RTTY, PSK, CW, SSB) counts once per band during the entire activity period.
(e.g., one QSO per modulation per band is valid.)
- QSOs are valid only within the official activity period.
