ORARI ANNIVERSARY AWARD 2025
In Commemoration of the 57th Anniversary of the INDONESIAN AMATEUR RADIO ORGANIZATION, July 9-16 2025

A. Meaning And Objective :
1. In frame commemorate Day Repeat Year ORGANIZATION AMATEUR RADIO INDONESIA (ORARI) 57th on 9 July 2025.
2. Increase ability, skills And train self member ORARI in radio communications field.
3. Interweaving Spirit family, tighten rope brotherhood And uphold sportsmanship among radio amateurs.

B. Name And form activity :
1. Name activity : “ORARI ANNIVERSARY AWARD 2025”.
2. Form activity is activate Station Club ORARI For radiate in the framework of ORARI's 57th anniversary.

C. Participant :
Participants in this activity are all club stations, REGIONAL ORARI stations, LOCAL ORARI stations acting as Activators, and Indonesian and foreign radio amateurs.

D. Time implementation :
Starting on July 9, 2025 at 00:00 UTC until July 16 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

E. Mode :
HF : Phone (SSB), CW, Digital (FT8/FT4); Satellite (FM, APRS, FT4)

F. Band :
Station special will radiate on radio band amateur on HF (80M, 60M, 40M, 30M, 20M, 17M, 15M, 12M, 10M), and Satellite (2M).

G. Exchange report :
Call Sign And RST.

H. Provision “ORARI ANNIVERSARY AWARD 2025” :
1. Participants who successfully make QSOs with confirmation from 5 Club Stations from ORARI REGIONAL, and a minimum of 25 QSOs to Activator (local) stations will receive a Bronze Award.
2. Participants who successfully make QSOs with confirmation from 10 Club Stations from REGIONAL ORARI, and a minimum of 35 QSOs to Activator (local) stations will receive a Silver Award.
3. Participants who successfully make QSOs with confirmation from 15 Club Stations from REGIONAL ORARI, and a minimum of 50 QSOs to Activator (local) stations will receive a Gold Award.
4. Satellite Only : only use IO86 satellite, application on the band and same mode are not counted, and award as following :
• 2 QSOs with REGIONAL station and 5 QSOs with LOCAL station gets Bronze award
• 3 QSOs with REGIONAL station And 10 QSO with LOCAL station gets Silver award
• 4 QSOs with REGIONAL station And 15 QSO with LOCAL station gets Gold award
5. HF only: Repeat QSOs can be done daily basis

I. Provision other :
1. Participant must obey order method communicate Which Good And Correct, with speak politely and be patient if the operator has not heard you yet.
2. Participants must state their complete call sign when checking in at each roll call/calling session by the operator on duty, and provide an opportunity for other stations to make calls.
3. Participant No allowed do calling in a way over and over again, Enough only once in one round.
4. Participants (chasers) are required using the hamaward application
5. Participant only allowed communication in a way direct (except via satellite) via radio and are prohibited from using the Link Gateway facility from TeamSpeak3, Echolink, eQSO software, and are prohibited from making calls using other people's callsigns.

7. Only, SSB mode, maximum QRV only allowed maximum 30 minutes at the same frequency.
8. Participants who successfully complete a confirmed QSO will receive an e-QSL Card and do not need to send a QSL Card.
9. Participant Which get amount QSO Which confirmed the most, will be given an award via hamaward.cloud.
10. The Regional ORARI Club Station and Local ORARI with the highest number of confirmed QSOs will be awarded through an assessment. team committee to results overall activity
11. Technical meeting for Activator will be held on date 7 July 2025
12. Club Stations that will participate should register through ORARI REGIONAL and send an email to yb1apr@orari.or.id, before July 6, 2025.
13. Participant can download e-QSL Card And eAwards through web hamaward.cloud
