 VALIDITY PERIOD: The Certificate validity will start on Monday 10th June 2024 (from hours 00:00 UTC) and will end on 20th June 2024 (at 11:59 p.m. UTC). During the event the following stations will be working: 1. the Section name IQ7AF; 2. the Radio Amateurs of the Section of Lecce; 3. the Radio Amateurs of Apulia Region. The list of the activating stations of the Certificate will be published on the Section website www.arilecce.it GOAL: To effect as many connections as possible with the Section name IQ7AF and with all the Radio Amateurs of A.R.I. Section of Lecce and, in general, with those of Apulia Region. PARTICIPANTS: The Certificate is open to any Radio Amateur in the world. BANDS: 2-6-10-12-15-17-20-30-40 and 80m + SATELLITES according to the relevant Band Plan IARU. EMISSION MODES: The following CW, SSB and any digital mode are allowed. CALL: - SSB: “CQ ARI LECCE 50th YEAR” - CW and DIGITAL: “CQ 50 LE” REPORTS: Only RS(T) report. LIMITATIONS: Any A.R.I. activating station of Lecce or Apulia Region may connect on the same day maximum three times for each band, but in a separate way SSB, CW and DIGITAL and SATELLITE. Possible QSO, carried out on the same day, on the same band and with the same emission mode will be considered “double” and their score will be equal to zero. SCORE FOR A SINGLE QSO: Every valid connection will be given a score according to the following rules: A) QSO effected are 5 points worth; B) QSO with IQ7AF station 10 points; C) QSO with the Radio Amateurs of ARI Section in Lecce: 3 points D) QSO with the Radio Amateurs of Apulia Region: 1 point During the event, IQ7AF name might be used also in portable activity and might even be combined with other Certificates. TOTAL SCORE: General Sum of QSO single scores. RANKING CATEGORIES: A Category): OM/SWL/YL and ITA Sections that have reached a score of at least 50 points; B Category): OM/SWL/YL and European Clubs that have reached a score of at least 25 points; C Category): OM/SWL/YL and Extra European Clubs that have reached a score of at least 15 points; D Category): OM Activators of ARI Section of Lecce E Category) OM Activators of Apulia Region PRIZES: 1° Ranked Stay for 2 people in B&B + Plaque 1° Ranked Activators of ARI Section of Lecce Special commemorative Plaque 1° Ranked Activators of Apulia Region Special commemorative Plaque A PDF Certificate is provided that can be downloaded from HAMAWARD platform. The stations that will not reach the score, will have the possibility to download the Certificate of Participation from HAMAWARD site. The Section of Lecce, upon request, will make a special commemorative Plaque at the cost of € 25,00 available. eQSL: During and after the event, it will be possible to download the eQSL of any QSO made through the platform Hamaward.cloud . QSL: On this occasion, a special QSL will be issued for the connections made through IQ7AF station. The QSL will be sent in response to the OM that have sent their QSLin turn. The score reached by each participating station will be automatically published online in real time on the platform Hamaward.cloud. AWARD CEREMONY: The Award Ceremony for the Certification will be held on 30th June 2024 in Lecce; further information will be available on the section site at the address www.arilecce.it DECLARATION: A.R.I. Lecce Committee is responsible for the relevant checks, for the assignment and validation of the scores and for the ranking attribution. Any participant will be requested to follow the official regulations in force regarding amateur traffic and the rules of conduct set by “HAM Spirit”. The violation of these regulations, as well as possible behaviours considered unsportsmanlike by the Committee of A.R.I. Lecce may result in the application of penalties including disqualification. Any decision of the ARI Committee of Lecce will be conclusive and irrevocable. |
