 Participants: The Diploma is open to all OM worldwide. Radio amateur members of the Radioclub Valsugana O.D.V. will exclusively act as Activators and will have a separate ranking. 2. Start/End Dates of the Diploma: From 00:00 UTC on March 2, 2024, to 23:59 UTC on March 17, 2024. During the event, the following stations will be active: The call sign of the Club IQ3VN. The special call sign II3LAG. Some members of the Radioclub with their respective personal call signs. The list of Diploma Activating Stations can be found in section 10 of this regulation and will be published on the website https://www.radioclubvalsugana.it/. The entire management of the award, both for activators and hunters, is handled in real-time by the platform https://hamaward.cloud/. 3. YL/OM QSO: The award is issued following contacts with radio operators authorized by R.C.V. who will make calls: "CQ Award LAGORAI", during the period indicated in point 2 of this regulation. Bidirectional QSOs with exchange of reports (R/S in SSB, R/S/T for CW and RTTY, R/S for DIGI) are valid. The points acquired are not valid for any other diploma of the Radioclub Valsugana O.D.V. 4. Bands: HF 80 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 17 - 15 - 12 - 10 – 6 meters VHF 2 meters (radio repeaters prohibited). Hunters cannot request a band change. 5. Mode: CW, SSB, DIGI (FT8, FT4, PSK). Activators are allowed to change BAND and MODE at any time (no constraints). 6. Scores / QSOs: Score for hunters: • 1 POINT for 1 QSO with Activators in DIGI. • 2 POINTS for 1 QSO with Activators in SSB. • 3 POINTS for 1 QSO with Activators in CW and RTTY. • 3 POINTS for 1 QSO with the call sign of the Club IQ3VN. • 4 POINTS for 1 QSO with the special station call sign II3LAG. • 5 POINTS for 1 QSO with the JOLLY station (whose call sign will be communicated during its call). Score for Activators only, including special calls: • 1 POINT for each QSO made by an activator with hunters regardless of mode. 7. QSO Accreditation: Each Activating Station may be connected only once per day on each individual band and mode, throughout the duration of the diploma. Any connection made between two stations on the same day, on the same band, and in the same emission mode will be considered "DUPLICATE" and eliminated from the HamAward platform algorithm. HUNTERS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO REQUEST A QSY FOR MODE AND/OR BAND. 8. Award release and QSL: To obtain the Award LAGORAI 2024, a minimum of 50 points is required, within the times and by the methods indicated in these rules. The award issuance is free, and the submission of logs and QSL cards is not required. All QSOs will be uploaded in real-time to the HamAward platform by logged activators. The score achieved by each participant will be automatically published online in real-time on the platform https://hamaward.cloud/ , and anyone can download their own diploma in high-resolution A4 digital format from the platform at the end of the event, without registration.The top three participants will receive the printed Award LAGORAI 2024 diploma on cardboard, for which it will be essential to be able to contact them via email or through QRZ for prize shipment. The eQSLs for each individual connection, on the other hand, can be downloaded from the platform https://hamaward.cloud/ at any time during and after the event. 9. Special Certificates for Hunters and Activators: The organizers of Award LAGORAI 2024 will reward participants with a certificate: Hunters: Worked All Stations Certificate will be issued for having worked at least once during the event period (March 2024) all activating stations. Activators: Activator Certificate reporting all results achieved during the event. 10.
