1. The event is created and organized by the "R.C.V." Radioclub Valsugana and is open to all OM. The LAGORAI diploma is intended to promote sites of interest (mountains, lakes, streams, rivers, caves) and sporting attractions (climbing, skiing, canoeing, etc.) in order to enhance their faunistic and floristic heritage. 2. Start/End From 00.00 UTC on February 25th, 2023 to 23.59 on March 19th, 2023. 3. OM - QSO The award will be granted following contacts with authorized radio operators from the R.C.V. who will make calls: "CQ Award LAGORAI", during the period indicated in point 2 of these regulations. 2-way QSOs with only R/S exchange (R/S/T dep CW and digital modes) are valid. Points acquired are not valid for any other diploma of R.C.V. 4. Bands The bands used will be HF (from 80m to 6m) and VHF 2m. 5. Modes SSB, CW, PSK, FT4, FT8 6. Rankings For this first edition, the Radioclub Valsugana intends to award all participants. Connections made will be visible in real time (unless there are technical problems like no internet) on the hamaward.cloud platform (through personal login) or in the qrz.com pages of the activating stations (see point 9). 7. Points POINTS 1 for each activating station (excluding IQ3VN, II3LAG, and JOLLY station). Each Activating Station can be connected once per day for each emission mode and for each band, for the entire competition period: any connection made between two stations on the same day, on the same band, and in the same emission mode will be considered "DOUBLE", and the corresponding points will be automatically reset. POINTS 2 for station IQ3VN. POINTS 4 for special station II3LAG. POINTS 5 for JOLLY station (the name will be communicated during the call of the station itself). 8. Minimum points for obtaining the diploma: For the 2023 edition the R.C.V. Direction intends to issue a diploma to all OM who have scored at least 25 points. 9. Activating Stations Complete list: IW3BVS, IW3BOV, IN3AXL, IN3BJM, IN3MBS, IN3XSV, IN3ROK, IN3ASW, IN3EQA, IN3FIJ, I3GNQ, IN3PPH, IQ3VN, II3LAG, xxxxxx/J (Jolly) station. 10. Award The entire award management for both activators and hunters is managed in real time by the hamaward.cloud platform. 11. Award release and eQSL: Those who have reached 25 points will be awarded a participation certificate. The high-resolution certificate can be downloaded from the hamaward.cloud platform at the end of the event. eQSLs for confirmed contacts will also be available on the hamaward.cloud platform. 12.
